Andrews Photography has embraced the need to reduce the spread of COVID-19 through social distancing, facility cleanliness, and personal protection. We require our clients to take certain precautions in order to ensure the safety of Andrews Photography employees and its customers during this challenging time.
Before your photography session, please review the following protocol and sign the agreement below.
Photographer.
Photographer agrees to abide by the Minnesota social distancing measures in force at the time of the session or event.
As much as possible, all Client/Photographer meetings will take place via phone or online using Zoom.
Andrews Photography adheres to guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control as it relates to equipment, props, facilities, and personal protective equipment and behaviors.
The maximum gathering for a photographic shoot of 10 or fewer persons (including Photographer) will be observed.
Out of respect for one another, Client and Photographer will limit session conversation to what is required for the service.
Client.
Client and all members of Client’s party agree to abide by the social distancing measures in force by the State of Minnesota at the time of their session or event.
If Client has traveled outside the state or country within fourteen (14) days of the photo session or event, Client agrees to reschedule photography services.
If Client or any member of Client’s party is experiencing a fever greater than 100.4 degrees or symptoms related to COVID-19, Client agrees to reschedule photography services.
Only Client and any member of Client’s party that will be photographed are permitted in the studio or staging area. Please arrive to your session with only the persons being photographed.
At the time of session.
Please come dressed and ready to go for your session in order to minimize our contact time. We will have a mirror for you to check hair and makeup in studio.
Park at the bottom of the driveway, leave your personal belongings in your locked vehicle, and follow the arrow to the studio entrance.
Please use hand sanitizing station outside the studio prior to entering and again when you leave.
We will greet you inside the studio and direct you to the photography area.
Our goal is not to touch you for posing (including hair, accessories, props, body position). We have been doing touch free posing for years.
Upon request, you may preview images saved in the camera after it’s been wiped clean.
We are not able to provide a public restroom on site. Please plan accordingly.
